A collection of various projects completed for the City of Houston’s Office of Talent & Organizational Development
Successfully completed a comprehensive revamp of the Office’s newsletter and sharing process. The previous single-email format sent to all COH employees was transformed with the addition of a dynamic email layout, complemented by the design and implementation of a dedicated webpage hosting all newsletter issues. This enabled enhanced analytics and email performance tracking, resulting in much higher employee engagement with the newsletter content and division overall.
An overall refresh of the Strategic Partner brochure provided an opportunity to enhance its design and content, resulting in greater awareness and improved employee engagement with OT&OD strategic partners.
