Access & Eligibility Services launched a new intranet on SharePoint in mid-2022. I created a new logo for the LOOP and helped the team switch to the new site smoothly.

AES produces an annual Year In Review report that highlights key achievements and milestones. This edition marks the first time the publication has undergone a comprehensive refresh, featuring an updated look and redesigned layout to enhance readability and engagement.
After successfully deploying the updated intranet platform for employees, a variety of new features were launched for the LOOP. Each of these enhancements required me to develop a comprehensive collection of branded assets and directions to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.

Keys to Leadership is a comprehensive training program available to all team members. I led a complete rebranding of the program, including its sub-programs, to create a cohesive and engaging visual identity.
Error Prevention Awareness Week, launched by AES’ Quality Management team in September 2023, promotes accurate case reviewing across the department. I designed the original branded logo and have since refreshed its look annually. Additionally, I manage the ongoing updates to SharePoint content and coordinate campaign efforts within the Quality Management workgroup to ensure consistent communication throughout each year’s event.
For 2024’s issue, I was tasked with launching a digital, web-based version. This transition from print to a digital platform saved the organization thousands on the cost to print and distribute thousands of publications, while keeping team member’s access to it quick and easy.
